My company want me to do some Microsoft office training and I am not sure whether I should do it really. I am thinking of leaving very soon and doing a degree and so I think that it is not fair for the company to pay the money for me to do the course when I will be leaving. I am in two minds though because I know that it will help me do my job better for the last few months that I will be there but also, I know that in the back of my mind, that the qualifications will be useful when I finish my course and I want to get a job again. That bit is what troubles me most as I know that it is selfish and especially as it is an enterprise learning library course which is some of the best that you can do. I think that the only thing that I can really do is to discuss with my boss that I am interested in doing the course but could be leaving soon and find out what she says. I have not told anyone about my plans to leave as I am not completely sure about my decision yet, so I just hope that she will be a bit understanding, about the whole thing.
